 pinto beans,  queso oaxaca, chile guajillo romesco 

 

SECOND 

Ceviche Veracruzano 

 kampachi, gooseberries, local cherry tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, olives  

 

THIRD 

Wild mushroom tostada 

 mizuna, burnt cauliflower puree, queso fresco, salsa macha 

 

FOUTH 

Chicken Mole 

 charred tomato rice, house-made tortillas 

 

FIFTH 

Chocolate tamal, creme fraiche
